Christine (she/her) has dedicated her life and career to helping others. Her journey into mindfulness began as a way to manage stress and chronic anxiety. However, this pursuit led to a deeper understanding of herself and her relationships with those around her.
Christine is a cancer survivor and abuse survivor.
With a background in psychology and animal behavior, and experience in breathwork and meditation, Christine can help you explore mindfulness practices that fit seamlessly into your daily life, allowing you to cultivate a sense of peace and focus.
Christine lives in Colorado Springs with her family including the furry type.
Her favorite color is green and she loves sunflowers.
Xiaoyi (they, her) was raised in a conservative manner. As she grew up she realized that she did not fit within what she had been taught, as she is a queer non-binary human. In 2012 they began teaching about non-traditional sexuality and gender. She is a speaker, coach, and educator who focuses on self-improvement to increase personal authenticity. They teach bootblacking, BDSM, LGBTQA+, relationships, polyamory, goal achievement, working with our disabilities, self-improvement, and how to embrace our own perceived flaws.
Xiaoyi’s mission is to help create understanding and acceptance among people for each to learn, grow, and be as they are. They work to do this through education and demystification. She openly shares her journey in hopes that she might help others who face similar challenges.
Xiaoyi is involved in her local, regional and national communities and is always looking for ways to give back. They has served on the board of multiple nonprofits in Colorado. .
Xiaoyi has a BA in Chinese Culture and Lore, where they learned how to make foreign ideas and concepts accessible to people and how to explain cultural differences so that people from different backgrounds can understand them. She co-owns the Crossroads Annex of the Carter Johnson Library and Collection, after resigning from 20+ years of working in business administration due to chronic health concerns. She is married and lives with her husband and cats in Colorado Springs.
